The Breakout Run is the ultimate obstacle run with over 45 different obstacles. Swimming through the water, crawling through the mud, climbing over obstacles or jumping from great heights. Every obstacle is a new challenge. There are several ways to trade; for both the novice pickpocket and the experienced professional criminal, there is a distance to choose that fits well with his or her expertise.

You can break out with the whole family during the Family Run on Sunday. The escape route is 2 km or 4 km long. Challenge your family members or friends and show that you can escape together. With this category it is mandatory that there is one companion per 3 children (between 6 and 12 years old) involved.
On Saturday as well as on Sunday, prisoners can enlist themselves for the Day Run. During the Day Run you will cover an escape route of 8 or 14 kilometers.
The Breakout Run is a challenging obstacle run, but definitely doable for everybody with a basic fitness experience and good dose of motivation!
Looking for an extra challenge? During the chained breakout run your faith is in the hands of a fellow prisoner. You will be chained together and will have to work together to cover the route.
This category is meant for the heavy criminals. Who will become the ultimate jailbreaker and keep himself out of the hands of the police the longest? The criminal who has covered the most rounds wins. The Last Man Standing category will start Saturday at 10.45 AM and doesn't have a fixed distance.
You'll first complete the 14 kilometers course. Then, you'll complete the 8 kilometers course as many times as you can. On the prison grounds participants will be faced with some big surprises. Obstacles must be avoided, climbed and eventually overcome. The criminal who finished the most rounds at 4:00 PM wins a nice prize.
During the Family Run you get the chance to break out with family and friends. From the age of 6, criminals can participate in the Family Run. The escape route of the Family Run is 2 or 4 km long. Do the rascals need an extra hand during this route, or do the experienced criminals stay behind at one of the obstacles? This route will be all about working together and overcoming the obstacles. At the finish there will be a surprise ready.
Are you sporty, between 12 and 15 years old and daring to go through an escape route of 8 kilometers during the Breakout Run? This is your chance. Register together with your friends and show you are able to escape our heavily guarded prison. A big challenge for you fugitives to overcome the obstacles. In this category, it's possible for an attendant to join.
