The start of construction

This week, construction started on the Breakout Run 2023 at the IJzeren Man in Vught. The site will be transformed into a veritable prison yard where thousands of participants will find their way to freedom through various escape routes and challenging obstacles.

The Breakout Run is one of the largest obstacle runs in the Netherlands and attracts thousands of criminals from all over the country every year. The course consists of challenging obstacles, muddy paths and turbulent waters that make for an unforgettable escape.
